Data from various tracking software

Hi @qgeissmann! I am revisiting rethomics for potentially using it for analysis. I have all my data recorded as videos and they are tracked with TRex. I think it is a very common use case to have videos that are tracked and then use one of the state-of-the-art tracking software to track it. I was thinking whether you would be interested in collaborating on adding functionality to enable this, and adding it to the documentation? I have worked extensively with TRex, but also others such as idtracker.ai, DeepLabCut and SLEAP might be interesting to cater for to future-proof and enable those users who do not work on Drosophila.
I have written various functions in a non-documented package sleeprex that I have just used for myself, but I'd be keen to port the functionality we would need here and discuss best practices. :-)

Thanks for reaching out. That would be great to port it to rethomics, it is an excellent idea. I do not have much development time, but I am happy to provide guidance if it can help!
