feat(os): Consolidate OS into a single branch #121
Description
As a developer I want: all builds of Rhino Linux to be developed on the same branch, so changes can be applied in a single PR.
Acceptance criteria:
- Redundant files are kept as-is
- For slight differences, use case checks per platform
- For major differences, use overlays in separate folders
- CLI script to automate platform selection
