feat(os): overhaul CI/CD

With a lot of fundamental changes to how /os works, we can expect it to break. The CI/CD pipeline should be updated to:

• Perform platform and desktop specific build matrixes using a new inbuilt repository build script
• Work on a single, unified main/master branch
