chore(os): fix PinePhone Pro wifi issues

the new interrupt controllers in the DTB break wifi, removing them fixes it (confirmed through testing) (see here)
need to figure out how to package, might need to compile kernels ourselves again, either:

• reviving okpine (more work, but more control, and eventual long term goal to restore full functionality [including waydroid modules])
• or using Mobian's rockchip (would be a quicker fix, even if not long term goal, and with less functionality)

or might be able to ship just the recompiled dtb downstream (without breaking other components), or figure out a script to do it on-device, or perhaps a dtbo (overlay)
