Gesture and Pinch In zoom

Hey Richard,

Thanks for all your help for different issues for my implementation of cinder view.

It there any way we can handle gestures like pinch and transform the view matrix in cinder view Or we have to do calculation in for touch events and then apply transformations to model window.

Please suggest.

I think both gesture tracking and a view transform are features yet to be implemented, and probably won't be for v1.0, but they are in the plans.

For swipe I would recommend making some sort of simple touch tracker like this one I did for calculating swipes in the ui::ScrollView. See the note above that line and note that we haven't yet worked out how we'll implement this in an extendable way.

Transforms will likely be a property on the ui::Layer, but for now that doesn't exist so you'll have to transform your views in your overriden View::draw() method.

I'll likely convert this issue into two and label them as 'post 1.0', thanks for bring up this very valid use cases.

Just an update that the SwipeTracker was moved here a while back, along with a TapTracker. Still no PinchTracker but I imagine one could be made in similar fashion. Haven't yet decided if ui::ScrollView should support zooming yet, or it should also be a sublcassed ScrollView similar to ui::PagingScrollview.
