TwoFactor folder is empty

Hello.
I'm trying to build your solution, but I have several errors.
Most of them connected with the absense of TwoFactor.csproj, because the folter TwoFactor is empty

That folder can be sourced from https://github.com/rickbassham/two-factor. Or, if you don't need two factor authentication, just remove the references to it.
