youtube-dl not updating properly

youtube-dl fails to update at launch and will create a youtube-dl-something.bat and youtube-dl.exe.new file because the youtube-dl.exe file is in use

added fix to copy youtube-dl.exe.new to youtube-dl.exe, it looks to be triggering, I will see if any new reports show this
