Will function as a fixed 5 radius shield that uses no power. It has an internal power source that will slowly recharge while active but quickly recharge while offline. When it goes offline it cannot come back online until full again. Only controls are flick on/off, and flick to enter offline mode. Has no heatsink, uses no power, Fixed radius. Golden shield color.
