.mcp_server method not found in agent_mcp

This issue has been fixed. The module path has been updated from agent_mcp.mcp_server to agent_mcp.cli.

Updated installation:

uv venv
uv install

Updated usage:

uv run -m agent_mcp.cli --port 8080 --project-dir path-to-directory

The README now has the correct installation instructions.

Fixed! This was the same issue as #42. The missing module agent_mcp.mcp_server has been replaced with the correct module agent_mcp.cli.

Updated commands:

uv run -m agent_mcp.cli --port 8080 --project-dir path-to-directory

The MCP tool schema validation errors have also been resolved. Both issues are fixed in the latest commit.
