[TODO] Fill out the rest of the xex header ID info

In XexOptionalHeaderData::parse, there are plenty of unimplemented and unhandled header IDs. It would be nice to have the relevant info from these IDs printed out such that we don't get any more "unhandled header ID" messages when working with xexes.
