Include processing of timeseries into pipeline

Currently the processing of the following data is done outside the pipeline:

• /apipe/store/raw/heatpump_cop_heat_med/ --> /apipe/store/datasets/heatpump_cop_heat_med
• /apipe/store/raw/industry_heat_profiles_med_high --> /apipe/store/datasets/demand_heat_ind_med_high, Link to data and preprocessing can be found here
