FLH of pv time series should differ between technologies #30
Description
PV time series are muliplied with full load hours (FLH). Currently this is hard-coded and for all technologies the same FLH are used, see 0a98273
- Use different FLH for the different technologies
- add Documentation

- im Jahr 2023 waren in Brandenburg insgesamt ca. 237 MWth installiert. diese leisteten rund 138 GWh "solarthermischer Arbeit" --> 138000/237 = 582
