Rearrange Players window has some issues

1. The Player names are wrong in Teams games (Team 2 players are Player 9 -> Player 16, instead of P1-P8). This has been fixed in the Players window, so rinse and repeat for this window.

2. If TwoTeams is selected, this window still shows 3 teams, instead of only two teams.

3. The [Randomise Teams] button crashes the app if TwoTeams is the selected game (related to (2) above I suspect.

#1 is a conundrum.

It is illogical to assign Tm1:Plyr 6 to Team 2. Assigning Player 6 to Team 2 is fine. I am wondering if the whole concept of 3 lots of P1-P8 in team games is fatally flawed.
