Description
currently, this code is very basic and just picks the center of the first span for that destination, to get you underway quickly, you can finetune after the fact.
Enhance this waypoint setting logic to iterate over the available spans, detecting cars in the spans, and attempting to couple to nearest car in the span that is available, if possible.
If not possible, set the waypoint at the entrance to the span.
