"Add consist to switch list" button

Very similar to "bleed consist" and "set handbrakes", but would add the cars in the consist to the current switch list whether they currently have a locomotive attached or not. Would be a great time saver since I find myself waiting for a coupling so I can set the switchlist before planning the switching
