Access violation when target is a managed console application

When the target is a console application developed in for example C#, an 
AccessViolationException occurs almost instantly.

This exception only occurs if the wrapper console window is not hidden on 
process 
creation.
In the svn code the window is always hidden.

For testing, comment out the following line:
line279 of VirtualizedProcess.cs
-> ProcessHelper.SetWindowState(_process.MainWindowHandle, 
WindowShowStyle.Hide);
And set the ProcessStartInfo's CreateNoWindow property to false in line 249
(lines as seen in revision 162)

If the window is hidden then the wrapper process' cpu usage is 0%, while no 
output 
can be detected (messages, exceptions, ...)
