I had this set up and working for a while, I checked today and havering is no longer listed in the drop down.

The order is not alphabetical. It comes under London Borough of Havering so it's a little further down the list

Thanks found it. But I'm getting this error. This is the error I had before I removed it and read added. I had been working fine the URL works when I checked
