Issue Information

I'm trying to sync with gateshead council. Initially it failed with error:
Failed setup, will retry: Unexpected error: Could not find bin collections table in page source - saved debug_page.html

But then I retried a few days later and success it work.. for 2 days, then I noted the integration was showing an error and when I reviewed it was the same error :
Failed setup, will retry: Unexpected error: Could not find bin collections table in page source - saved debug_page.html

I can see the selenium session initiate successfully, but clearly the result page on the gateshead site is not rendering as the code is expecting.

Is there anything else I can review to diagnose, hopefully to fix?
