How to run this TLS Mosquitto in a LXC?

In the readme you provide a guide to run this TLS enabled mosquitto in a Docker container (https://github.com/robertzaage/GroBro/blob/main/CONFIGURATION.md#3-run-the-mosquitto-tls-container)
Can anybody provide information on how to do the same in a LXC running on Proxmox?

I think it’s sufficient to use some standard tutorial from the web and check the differences regarding the mosquitto conf and user creation.
