Updating does not restart OpenUsage

Description

Whenever there's an update, it says, "Restart to update." But clicking on that does not actually restart OpenUsage; it must be relaunched manually.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open OpenUsage when there's an update.
2. Click "Restart to update" when an update is available.
3. Watch OpenUsage close to update.
4. Die of old age waiting for OpenUsage to restart.

Expected Behavior

I expect OpenUsage to actually restart.

Actual Behavior

OpenUsage does not restart.

OpenUsage Version

0.6.11 (because that was the latest version to be updated)
