bug: Task stuck in "rebase"

I have a task in "ready" state, when clicking "A" a new tasked is spawed and get to "rebase" state and there's a new ready task. Hitting "A" on the new ready task starts another rebased task ...

I don't see any error in the log. I can view the patch but there's no way to copy it or save it to a file.

cc @mariusvniekerk this feature is still a bit bleeding edge so there is likely some hardening that needs to take place. have you looked at the log files to see if there are any clues about what's going on? We may need to make a pass over this part of the project and make sure there is adequate logging and that the logs and errors are visible from the TUI
