Internal player and MPV video stutters, VLC plays fine

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any episode or livestream
2. Play stream

Additional context
Not sure if this is related but i noticed that both MPV and the internal player trigger NVidia GeForce Experience. The first "stutter" is always at the time the overlay appears in the top righthand corner. I only experience this behavior on my desktop game pc. not on my laptop. The main difference here is that the desktop PC has audio and video editing software installed on it, just don't know how to isolate what is causing the problem. I prefer to use the internal player as this allows me to save and recall my favorite layout.

Steps that i have already taken:

• uninstalled RC, rebooted machine and reinstall
• uninstalled RC, .NET6 and MS Edge webview2 runtime, rebooted and reinstalled.
• Disabled nvidia overlays
• Uninstalled RC and tried portable package.
