Suggestion: add option to make bearDropper send email when an IP is banned

Hi,
Thanks a lot for your time, effort and idea on bearDropper and its predecessor.
I have a small but useful suggestion: to block an attack is good, to know that your device is under attack is equally important. With this in mind, wouldn't you add an option to make bearDropper send an email when an IP is blocked, like fail2ban is actually doing...
