exception for long posts

I got an exception from the API server:

Invalid app.bsky.feed.post record: Record/text must not be longer than 300 graphemes
```

I haven't debugged quite how long the original message was, but it seems important to ensure that any RSS input is truncated appropriately before sending to the bsky api.
