Minimum version bug

Hi,
I found a bug:

WARN: osdeps definition for numpy, previously defined in /opt/workspace/autoproj/remotes/package1/package1.osdeps overridden by /opt/workspace/autoproj/remotes/package2/package2.osdeps:
WARN: resp. pip: numpy>=1.19.0
WARN: and pip: numpy>=1.18.1

This is a very bad override, I think it should compare what the overall minimum version is before overriding...

This is a suboptimal behavior, yes. This is why it is a warning and not an error.
