how to prepare a pedigree object with my own pedigree information when construct a mpcross object

Hi,
i am using mpMap2 to construct a genetic map for a eightparent magic population, and now i am preparing the input data for mpMap2. But I can't understand how to use my own pedigree information to build the pedigree object that needed by mpMap2. And by the way, how can i get prepare the hetData with my SNPs??

Acturally i have the SNPs data in vcf format for founders and lines and the pedigree information for all the lines and now i want to use the data i have to construct a genetic map by using mpMap2. what should i do???

Sorry I never responded to this at the time :( I no longer work in this area, so in any case I'm not really in a position to help people like this.
