Implementation Plan

Backend:

• GET /digest/weekly?week=YYYY-WNN endpoint
• Service layer: aggregates expenses by category, computes week-over-week changes
• Identifies top spending category, biggest increase/decrease
• Returns: total_spent, category_breakdown, week_over_week_change, trends[], insights[]

Frontend:

• New Digest page with card-based UI
• Category breakdown with progress bars and WoW change badges
• Week navigation (prev/next)
• Trends and insights sections

Tests: 6 test cases (empty, populated, WoW, auth, validation, default week)

Docs: README updated with endpoint and UI description
