Implementation Plan

I've implemented the savings goals feature with milestones:

Features:

1. Savings Goals - Create, track, and manage savings goals
2. Milestones - Set and track milestones within each goal
3. Progress Tracking - Automatic progress percentage calculation
4. Contributions - Add money to goals with one API call
5. Auto-completion - Goals auto-complete when target is reached

API Endpoints:

• POST /savings/goals - Create goal
• GET /savings/goals - List goals
• GET /savings/goals/<id> - Get goal with milestones
• PUT /savings/goals/<id> - Update goal
• DELETE /savings/goals/<id> - Delete goal
• POST /savings/goals/<id>/contribute - Add money
• POST /savings/goals/<id>/milestones - Add milestone
