How to observe the flag change?

I'm using Roll SDK for checking feature changes. How can I observe flag change using Rollout SDK realtime?

Currently you can't know of a specific flag change, but you can know if any change was made

You can use Configuration Fetched handler (https://support.rollout.io/docs/configuration-fetched-handler) especially the hasChanges property

Please notice that on client side SDK you need to also be aware of flag freeze (https://support.rollout.io/docs/flag-freeze)
