Make Tidygeocode the default geocoder, with paid as options #103

- improve output from authors_address
The in authors_georef:
1) for usa make query city, state, country
2) be sure vignette makes people aware of limits, points to how to download database and run themselves for larger queries
3) include "time to georef table" (tidygeocoder provides automatically)
