When the mobile device is connected to an external display through HDMI or DP, provide a different UI optimized for mouse and keyboard on the monitor and off the phone's screen. Allow the user to stack and resize windows using server-side decorations.
I expect this feature to be something similar to Samsung DeX. XWayland support would be almost a requirement at this point.
My OnePlus 6 doesn't support external displays through USB, but this can be tested on my laptop.
