low-memory flag is used by default when using wp cli

When I try to bulk convert using wp webp-express convert command it uses -low-memory flag and there is no option in the settings page to turn it off or command line options to disable it in cli.

I noticed the same thing only yesterday. The bulk convert from the main setting page also uses the low memory option, and it does not have the option to turn it off, unlike in the media gallery page.
