Please retain option to send output to new window #4

I understand that this is early but I'm a fan of idle. By far my favorite editor for python so ...
I notice that with this version that the output is sent to a tab and that the tab cannot be dragged to a window. I strongly prefer the classic behavior where the output is sent to a new window and that subsequent runs of the focussed python file will append output to that same window.
Thank you for this work. Idle has a few rough spots.
