Hi @vanbug,

We're currently thinking about ways to have users add both genomes from UCSC and their own assemblies via the genome selector menu (e.g. by creating your own chrom.sizes file, or specifying then in a popup table). I'm not sure if the server hosting chromozoom.org currently has room to hold scraped data for all tracks from UCSC's mm10, but certainly the chromosome layout + ability to load custom tracks might be possible in the near future since it involves no additional hosting load
