stuck at installation succesfull

i have rxtools 3. beta 2 and i keep getting stuck at installation successful, i've done everything i was supposed to said in the pdf you get.

Luma3DS doesent have this problem.

Well,now rxtools is outdated, and not maintained,so,Luma3DS is better.
