`httpdecho.py` missing from pipy

It seems that installing the library using pip, the file httpecho.py is missing after the setup.py is run.
It works perfectly when cloning the repo on my local, so I'm inclined to think that perhaps the file missing from PyPI tar?

setup.py contains packages=find_packages(), but it should contain py_modules=['httpdecho']. It's fixed in the PR: c884655

I am also having this issue - after doing pip install httpd-echo, running with python -m httpdecho fails with error Module not found
