Request for HEAD to be published on nuget.

It would be great if I could just include it with nuget rather than track the git repo. Current version on Nuget is 2.0.5 from September 2015. There are lot of good fixes in there.

I also would appreciate the latest changes pushed to NuGet. Just a prerelease would work for me.
