Custom Primaries/Transfer Function Have No Effect On BEFORE_BLIT Pass

This is a silly bug. I forget to use `? : ` in https://github.com/rrtt217/Minecraft-HDR-Mod/blob/master/common/src/main/java/xyz/rrtt217/HDRMod/mixin/MixinWindow.java#L82. Will fix after backport, since it only affects some people who want to use SpecialK with this mod on Windows Intel, or me when debuging.
