How to get Read ID and make a read-id-to-fast5 file?

Dear manager,

Thanks for your sharing this nice repo. I am a new guy in this field. now I am eager to reproduce your experiments. I have installed and downloaded all the requirements. When I run analysis.sh, the console log prints "could not find read-id-to-fast5 file". According to your ReadMe, users need to make a read-id-to-fast5 file which contains two columns: 1 column is Read ID and the second column is Fast5 file name. I do not know how to get Read ID. Could you help me?
