`dmin` has different meaning for `matchmaps.diagnose` than for core utilities

When setting up the arg parser for matchmaps.diagnose, I just copied over the dmin argument and its help string from the other utilities. However, this help string should clarify that no Fourier transform is happening, and this argument is purely a resolution cutoff.
