HSHfitter2 generates incomplete RTI images

Hello,

I just compiled HSHfitter2 in Linux, here's my configuration:

$ uname -a
Linux sebastian 4.13.0-1-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.13.4-2 (2017-10-15) x86_64 GNU/Linux
$ cat /etc/os-release 
PRETTY_NAME="Debian GNU/Linux buster/sid"

I had to add -llapack to Makefile and compiled libjpeg8 manually, because it is not in Debian buster/sid.

I am then running hshfitter with

LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:/usr/local/lib/ ../hshfitter lights.lp 2 test.rti

There are no errors, but the resulting RTI file shows only about 1/4 of the original images. I am attaching the lp file and sample input images.

Do you know what's going on here? Have you seen this before? Could you point me in the right direction?

I had a similar problem. The solution was to limit the processing to one thread. At two threads the left side of the image would be fine and the right side all black. At four threads (the default) the left quarter would be fine. At sixteen threads the left sixteenth...
e.g.

hshfitter LightPositins.lp 3 1 output.rti

BTW, I'm on Ubuntu and also had to add -llapack to Makefile
