When a new DB is out, Player should be able to install it itself

• Add a new flag to updates.json stating the DB is downloadable by the player
• If it's downloadable, display an Alert asking if the user wants to INSTALL the new version
• On "yes", download the file to a temporary folder and then copy it to the final DB location.
