Facilities SPA checkbox clarification

There’s a checkbox that says, “Spa”. To make a clearer to the person filling out the form, could it include a title “Are you a SPA participant?’ with “Yes’ or “No” checkboxes? If the box needs to read “SPA” for the search feature to work, then maybe the two boxes could read “SPA” (all caps) and “Not part of SPA”.
