Tidy and refactor the existing views so that they make use of translations and feature flags

Once we have dynamic-view event-specific text in translations, and the modal feature flag stuff, then make sure all the views are using it and there are no leftovers.

We've now pushed the UIKonf CfP live, and I'm continuing the tidy up suff on https://github.com/fidothe/vestibule/tree/tidy-up. Let's talk about it in the new year. Trying hard to keep generic stuff and specific stuff in separate commits.
