(feature) Choosing delimiter

Hey, really nice extension ! 
But, did i looked wrong or there is no way to graphically chose the parsing delimiter ?
You could add this in a future update, it would be cool 😄 

For the moment i repackaged your extension with `var delimiter = options.delimiter || ';';` changed in the `my.parseCSV` function
