Run Level 2 Empty Files #2
Description
When running run level 2, after STAR mapping has completed, I receive a segmentation fault. It appears as though this is caused by the program calling files which are empty - specifically K562_ATCC.lbias, K562_ATCC.pos.gff, and K562_ATCC.chrmap. I have included an image of the error. I cannot seem to find which step these files are created in.
