About 1 line (or more) of clipping in dropdown menus

There is about a line of clipping in the dropdown menus, even when I scroll to the bottom after #151209 was fixed.

I can't fix what I can't replicate.

Your best bet for trying to get this fixed would probably be to work on it yourself. If you can find a css rule that fixes the issue locally (either via devtools, manually editing the doc bundle, building from source, or via a userstyles extension), I can probably get it added.
