Would be nice if the user was able to specify the location that the data was downloaded to. Perhaps in a config file, or maybe as part of the CLI

save the files with a pcgs_price_guide-YYYYMMDD-HHMMSS.pkl format and use glob with datetime to parse the files and choose the most recent one

have a config.yml that the user can update to change the save location
