Allow non-global configuration

Is it possible to configure rturk on a per-request or per-client basis? I need to use multiple AWS credentials and a mix of sandbox and real environments.

Present day me would definitely have done this correctly, however past me decided to make the config global.

I don't have an easy solution, but I'll see if I can work something out.
