Importing protege files to s-match

I created an ontology in protege 4.3.

I tried importing it to S-match but it is not importing well.

I need help on the configuration of s-match to be able to import the ontology.

Could you please provide more information about what happened? In particular:

• how exactly did you try to import the ontology?
• which version of S-Match are you using? Built by yourself from latest code on Github, downloaded zip from Sourceforge...
• which operating system are you using?
• which Java version are you using?
• which output did you get in the console?
• can you share the owl ontology that caused the problem?

I was trying to use it as my source ontology in s-match. after creating in protege, I saved it on my desktop. When s-match request for the source, I directed it to the saved file.
I downloaded the latest version of s-match from sourceforge.
my O/S is Microsoft window 7 32bit
I am running java version 8
The following output was displayed on the console

INFO SMatchGUI – Reading properties..\conf\SMatchGUI.properties
INFO SMatchGUI – Creating MatchManager with config:…\conf\s-match.properties
.
.
.
INFO BaseFileContextLoader – Parsed nodes: 0
INFO MatchManager – Loading context finished
